Early registration until 15th September 2018:

(mandatory for presenters)

€200 (regular registration) €100 (student registration)

€150 (APEEN member) €75 (APEEN student member)

Late registration after 15th September 2018:

€250 (regular registration) €150 (student registration)

€200 (APEEN member) €125 (APEEN student member)

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

Payment of Conference fees will be exclusively made by bank transfer.
Send the completed registration form (available here) to nipe@eeg.uminho.pt, together with a copy of the bank transfer details. In the transfer details please indicate "Apeen_last name".

Note: All bank transfer costs are paid by the delegate to the conference.

Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
